Powdered eggs...

Subhead

This year’s Easter Egg Hunt at the South Dakota State Veterans Home featured a powdering of snow as kids raced across the lawn to gobble up eggs. The event was coordinated this year by the American Legion Riders and co-sponsored by the Hot Springs Area Chamber of Commerce who provided the eggs. This past Saturday, March 30, was a busy day for the Legion Riders and the American Legion as they also hosted a Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day event as well. See related story below. Oaklee is also the daughter of Stephen Engebretson and the granddaughter of Bob and Mel Engebretson of Hot Springs.
