Pink Night at the Dome was held on Thursday, October 9.  We were able to honor a number of cancer survivors and people still battling cancer.  It was a privilege to recognize them and show our support in their fight.  There was also some great volleyball matches.  After the Junior High matches, it was time for the Junior Varsity to take on the Sioux County Warriors.  The JV came out ready to play.  They took an early lead and held on to win the first set: 25-14.  The Warriors came back the second set to beat the Moguls, 20-25.  This split game improves the JV record to 3-4-3.
The Lady Moguls took the court for the Varsity match.  The Moguls came out determined and focused on the match.  The Lady Moguls played hard all the way through the match and it paid off.  The Lady Moguls defeated the Warriors in three sets: 25-23, 25-17, and 25-13.  This improves the Varsity record to 2-15.
The Lady Moguls traveled to Rapid City Christian on Tuesday, October 14 to play the Comets.  The Lady Moguls host the Red Cloud Crusaders on Thursday, October 16 at 6 p.m.  The Lady Moguls will end the week with the Panhandle Conference Tournament in Crawford on Saturday, October 18.  The Lady Moguls will host the Oelrichs Tigers on Monday, October 20 at 6 p.m.  We’d love to see you at a game!
