Rose Marie (Benson) Peters was born to Dallas Carl Benson and Eva Amanda (Ewing) Benson on November 12, 1935.  She joined two sisters, Betty Lou and Carol and gained two brothers, Leroy Dallas and Dick James to fill the house with love and laughter. Rose also worked off the ranch at the Truck Stop at Maverick as a waitress. In her later years she cooked at the School in Hot Springs. She enjoyed being around the kids and loved that they called her Grandma. Rose enjoyed a good card game, she loved playing with the grandchildren and great grandchildren.
