January 9, 1939 - May 20, 2023 

Gerry Kay Gripp, 84, passed away May 20, 2023, after a long illness complicated by severe diabetes.

Gerry was a 1957 graduate of Hot Springs High School, in South Dakota. She was active in the Senior Friendship Center Bonnet Making Program and a member of the Congregational Church of Torrington, Wyo. Gerry was an avid gardener and reader. She loved dogs, especially her dog Sassy. Gerry had been a butcher and worked in grocery stores most of her adult life.

A future memorial service is being planned at the Congregational Church with Pastor Matt officiating.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Ruth Seder; her husband, Jerald Dahl and later her husband, Dale Gripp and her son, Calvin Dahl.

Gerry is survived by her daughter, Sheryl (Randy) Cox of Stout, Iowa; her son, Terry (Kim) Gripp of Marysville, Wash.; her daughter-in-law, Celeste Dahl of Torrington, Wyo. and daughter, Amanda (Cliff) Zairno of Brestow, Va.; her sister, Phyllis Bickel of Torrington, Wyo., and her brother, Lin (Barb) Seder of Piedmont, S.D. She had 7 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and a good many friends.
