HOT SPRINGS – James ‘Jim’ Carton was born in Portland, Oregon in 1944, the son of a Naval Pilot.

HOT SPRINGS – The first-ever Women’s Health Expo was held Saturday, Oct. 1, at the Mueller Civic Center in Hot Springs highlighting women in business.
