Notice is Hereby Given that the City Council of the City of Edgemont, SD will, at the regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, February 6, 2017, receive and consider sealed proposals for the following property in as is condition:

Lot 1 of Hospital Tract, consisting of +/- 5.13 acres, City of Edgemont, Fall River County, South Dakota, also known as Cactus Hills.

The property may be seen by appointment by contacting City Hall at 605-662-7422.

Sealed Bids must be delivered to City Hall no later than 4:00 p.m. February 5, 2017. “Cactus Hills Property” must be marked on the envelope. Means of finance to be included with proposal. There is a minimum bid required of $75,000.00. Plat may be seen at City Hall.

The City of Edgemont reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Edgemont, SD.
