UPON APPLICATION FOR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

A public hearing will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 7:10 p.m. at the regular City Council meeting held at the Mueller Civic Center, 801 S. 6th St. to act on the transfer application from Woolly’s LLC d/b/a Woolly’s Western Grill to Jalapeno’s Grill LLC for an On-Sale Liquor License to be used at 1648 Highway 18 By Pass, Hot Springs S.D.
Anyone interested in the approval or rejection of such application may appear at said time and place to be heard.
