NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, the Hot Springs Housing Authority, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., September 26, 2023, at the Brookside Apartments located at 201 South River Street, Hot Springs, SD will consider bids for property declared as surplus. Description of property is as follows: 1996 GMC 2500 2-wheel drive with liftgate. The property is located at the Brookside Apartments, if interested bidders wish to examine please call (605) 890-9995.
Sealed bids are to be mailed to 201 South River Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747 or hand delivered to the office located at the same address. Each sealed bid will be opened on September 26, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Owner reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.
