Special Meeting
August 8, 2023
The special meeting of the Town of Oelrichs was called to order by President Time Kay Burdette at 6:00 p.m.
Allegiance to the flag was pledged.
Board Present: Timi Kae Burdette, Brian Stockel. Absent: Brea Seger
Staff Present: Ellen White, Doug Burdette. Absent: Susan Hamilton
Guests Present: None
Comments and Concerns: None
Additions or Corrections to the Agenda: Fixed the word letter under new business.
Approval of Agenda: TK. Burdette made a motion to approve the agenda and B. Stockel 2nd the motion; motion carried.
Conflict of Interest: No recorded conflicts of interest.
New Business:
Budget for 2024: TK. Burdette made a motion to accept the first reading of the budget and B. Stockel 2nd the motion; motion carried.
Temporary person to clean the Community Center: TK. Burdette made a motion to put an advertisement up at the Post Office and any interested people can bring their letter of interest to the September 12th meeting at 7:00 p.m. B. Stockel 2nd the motion; motion carried.
Letter to residents about lead testing survey: B. Stockel made a motion to send out a letter to all the town residents about the lead testing survey with changes made to the letter and TK. Burdette 2nd the motion; motion carried.
Mowing budget: TK. Burdette made a motion to transfer $3000 from public works to the mowing budget and B. Stockel 2nd the motion; motion carried.
