NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by the virtue of the power and authority delegated to it by law and motion duly made on the 19th day of January, 2023, authorizing and directing such sale, the Board of County Commissioners of Fall River County will on the 6th day of April, 2023, at the hour of 2:00 p.m. in the Courtroom, on the 2nd floor, of the Fall River Courthouse at 906 North River Street, Hot Springs, South Dakota, offer for sale to the highest bidder the Real Estate heretofore acquired by said County as described below.  Persons with disabilities may contact the county auditor at 605-745-5130 for information and special assistance in accessibility to the Courtroom.
