Notice of Bids

Game, Fish and Parks, Sheps Canyon Recreation Area is offering a surplus building for removal and reuse by the highest bidder. The building is located on the north side of the Sheps Canyon Lodge located at 12985 Sheps Canyon Road, Hot Springs, SD.
Sealed bids will be accepted up to 2:00 p.m. MT on March 2, 2023, with bid opening to follow. Bids can be sent to Angostura Recreation Area main office at 13157 N. Angostura Rd., Hot Springs SD 57747. Sealed bids should be marked “Surplus Building Bid”.
The building needs to be removed by Sunday, April 16, 2023 by 4:00 p.m. MT. Contact Andrew Kathman, District Supervisor at Angostura Recreation Area, with any questions at 605-745-6996.
