Notice of Hearing
Petition for Exclusion of tract of land within boundaries
of the Angostura Irrigation District

To all persons who may be interested on the following: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Angostura Irrigation District board of directors, is excluding the following described real property as unproductive lands (SDCL 46A-4-76), towit:
Approximately 234.23 acres described with the legal description of:
Unit 2A Section 9 & 16 Township 85 Range 6
Unit 3 Section 16 Township 8S Range 6
Unit 7W Section 15 Township 8S Range 6
of the Black Hills Meridian, Fall River, South Dakota from receiving irrigation water.
The Angostura Irrigation District has requested a hearing upon such notification. That any person interested or that may be affected by such change of the boundaries of the district is to appear at the office of the Board of Directors at its principal office in Oral, South Dakota, and show cause in writing, if any they have, why the change in boundaries of the District as proposed in the petition should not be made.
That said hearing shall be held at the Angostura Irrigation District in Oral, South Dakota, at the hour of one o’clock p.m. on the 8th day of March 2023 said hearing being at the next regular meeting of the Board after expiration of the time for publication of the notice.
