Continue Operation

Notice is hereby given that the SAND/GRAVEL mining operation being conducted by SIMON CONTRACTORS OF SD INC, PO BOX 2720, RAPID CITY, SD 57709-2720 will continue its mining operation located at Section 34; T7S-R6E and N1/2 Section 3 & W1/2 Section 2; T8S - R6E, Fall River County, SD.
The general location of the mining operation is Maverick Pit - U.S Highway 385 and S.D.Highway 79 Hot Springs South Dakota 57747
The operation originally advertised to be completed by 12/31/2025, will be extended to 12/31/2075
Proposed future use of the affected land will remain as originally advertised.
