City of Hot Springs
City of Hot Springs is requesting Proposals from interested and qualified providers for the following project:
Maintenance and Repair work in the Fall River Channel Flood Wall/Levee System
City of Hot Springs plans to select and pre-qualify the most qualified contractor to provide the repairs requires to the concrete structural walls of the flood channel to address cracking, spalling and loss of structural integrity. It is anticipated that the work be completed by November 30, 2022.
Proposals are due at the Office of the Public Works Engineer/Utilities Director, 303 N. River Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747 by September 28, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Contract Documents, Specifications and Scope of Work may be obtained by contacting Tracy Bastain at 605-745-3135.
Final selection will be made based on the information provided in the responses. City of Hot Springs reserves the right to reject any and all responses.
