Notice of Intent
to Continue Operation

Notice is hereby given that the Sand/Gravel mining operation being conducted by:
CITY OF HOT SPRINGS, 303 N. RIVER ST. HOT SPRINGS, SD 57747-1698, will continue its mining operation located at SE1/4, S1/2, NE1/4, E1/2, SW1/4 and SE1/4, NW1/4 Section 10, T8S-R6E, Fall River County, SD.
The general location of the mining operation is 5 miles east, 2 miles south of the City of Hot Springs, South Dakota.
The operation originally advertised to be completed by 10/19/2019, will be extended to: 10/19/2039.
Proposed future use of the affected land will remain as originally advertised.
