Notice is hereby given that the following appeal for a variance from the zoning ordinance has been filed with the governing body of the City of Hot Springs, South Dakota by:
Wally Cachro
Mr. Cachro is requesting a variance from the City of Hot Springs Zoning Ordinances relating to set back requirements from the City Council of the City of Hot Springs for property located at 106 Valley View Ave. further described as Lot 25 of the replat of Valley View
Notice is further given that a hearing on the above appeal will be held by the governing body of the City of Hot Springs, South Dakota, at the Mueller Center, 801 South 6th Street, Hot Springs, South Dakota, on Monday July 20th, 2020 at 7:20 p.m.
