The Edgemont School District 23-1 board of education met in special session on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 4:15 p.m. in the school library. Vice Chairwoman Humiston called the meeting to order via teleconference with Connie Gerard and Shane Miller present via telephone.
Administrators present: Amy Ferley, Superintendent.
The Board recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Motion by Miller seconded by Humiston to approve the agenda as presented.
Superintendent reported that there were 4 bids received for the 1995 School Bus.
Motion by Gerard seconded by Miller to accept the high bid from Randy Stevens for the 1995 School Bus.
Motion by Humiston seconded by Miller to accept Out of District(State) Enrollment Application OOD 2019-20(1) and waive tuition for the 2019-2020 School year.
Motion by Gerard seconded by Miller to adjourn at 4:18 p.m.
