Notice is hereby given that a Petition to Vacate Part of a Plat, as described below, has been filed in the office of the Fall River County Auditor. A hearing regarding the Petition will be held on October 1, 2019 at 9:35 a.m. during the regular meeting of the Fall River County Board of Commissioners at Fall River County Courthouse, Hot Springs, South Dakota.
