Leilani Rae Homelvig, 60, died July 11, 2018, at her home in Hot Springs.
Leilani was born May 28, 1958, in Tucson, Ariz., to William and Gloria (Crowther) Bernard. Leilani proudly served in the U. S. Navy from 1982 until her honorable discharge in 1987.
Leilani is survived by her husband, Mike Homelvig of Hot Springs; son, Austin Bernard of Hot Springs; step-sons, Raymond (Mariah) Homelvig of Saratago, Wyo.; Matthew (Beth) Homelvig of Jewel, Kan.; step-mother Janet Bernard of Hermosa, step-brother Steve Beck of Batesland, step-sister Jeanie Beck of Hot Springs, step-sister Ronda (Dale) McGaa of Pine Ridge; step-daughters Carrie (Wade) Prokop of Piedmont; Amanda (Alan) Davis of Mankato, Kan.; sisters, Kim (Duane) Nelson of Dixon, Neb.; Connie Bernard of Kaneohe, Hawaii; Bonnie Bernard of Canton, Mass.; Dani (Todd) Ennenga of Edmonton, Okl.; along with numerous grandchildren.
A Memorial Gathering Open House will be held Saturday, July 28, at St. John’s Lutheran in Hot Springs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Arrangements have been placed in the care of Chamberlain McColley’s Funeral Home in Hot Springs.
