HOT SPRINGS – The Fall River County Board of Commissioners declared March 28 as Randy Seiler Day, when it met on Thursday, March 21. Seiler is retiring as the Fall River County Highway Superintendent after 24 years of service to the county. He has worked in county government for 45 years.
